A long time ago. I got rid of all of the vacuum stuff as soon as I could. I had it on my jeep too. I actually converted it so that I could shift it with a bicycle cable shifter instead of relying on all of the vacuum things. The vacuum area is where I had more issues than with the actuator.
i run a spool up front and machined the flanges and made a bolt on cap. there is no more locking hub on mine. and the warns are the 100 dolla supremes. i hate all warns i just want them gone
I have a D60 up front. I never converted my 44 to locking hubs, I got rid of it too quick. I have Superwinch on mine and they have a lifetime warranty that they stand behind. I have shipped them back 4 times now, I think. Never have any questions, they just send me new ones.
